ART CLASSES FOR ADULTS
-Drawing 1 Tuesdays 11:00-12:30 -Drawing 2 Tuesdays 1 PM-2:30 -Painting 1 Wednesdays 11:00-12:30 -Painting 2 Wednesdays 1PM- 2:30 Instructor, Professor Beth Drucker has taught at Parson’s The New School of Design, F I T, Nassau CC, the Art League of Long Island plus many others.

Drawing 1 Tuesdays 11-12:30PM
6-week course beginning October 11th 2022. Learn various techniques and experiment with drawing. We will be covering various types and media for sketching and finishing drawings. Join us for a relaxing 1 1/2 hrs. of learning to draw. Relax and enjoy the company of other artists who are beginning to learn how to “see”. Skill level not important!
Drawing 2 Tuesdays 1:00-2:30PM
6-week course beginning October 11th 2022 Continue learning to draw while improving your technique. In a relaxed atmosphere, experiment and try different methods. Each class is an hour and a half. Supplies: Sketch book, 4B pencil and a kneaded eraser
Painting 1 Wednesdays 11-12:30
6-Week Course beginning October 12th 2022 Learn to use color and shape to begin working with paint. Have fun in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere! We will learn simple Landscapes, and still life painting, stress free. Relax and have fun learning to paint! Supplies: Watercolor (pans) or tubes, various size water brushes, a rag, and water container. Instructor will provide subject matter. Relax and have fun with watercolor.
Painting 2 Wednesdays 1-2:30PM
6-week course beginning October 12th 2022 Continue learning to use your watercolor. Bring pics of what you would like to paint. Have fun painting with color and learning how to achieve various textures and color theory. Supplies: Paint of your choice, brushes, water container, a palette and rags. Color wheel. Relax and continue learning! Let’s continue to have fun with paint. Tube or pan paint is fine. Gouache is even better.
