David has called St. James home for the past five years, bringing with him a strong sense of purpose and community spirit. Originally from Philadelphia and having spent 20 years in Boston, he’s long been guided by a passion for service. That commitment took shape early on through two years of full-time volunteer work with underserved youth as part of AmeriCorps’ City Year program.

​Today, David channels that same energy into Celebrate St. James, where he plays an active role in organizing children’s events—helping to create joyful, meaningful experiences that bring families together and strengthen the bonds of the community.
